প্রতি লাইসেন্সে একটি অ্যাপ। Standard পণ্যে পাঁচ বছরের update; চারটি listed reward app-এর lifetime update ও regular licence-এর জন্য section 9 দেখুন।
1. Licence grant
After full payment, Rabishtra grants a non-exclusive licence to use and modify a ready-made source-code product for one end product: one app or project for your own business or one named client. The licence continues after the update period if its terms are followed. Additional apps, separate clients or separate white-label brands require additional licences unless expressly agreed in writing.
সম্পূর্ণ payment-এর পরে একটি নিজের বা একটি নির্দিষ্ট client-এর অ্যাপে কোড ব্যবহার ও পরিবর্তন করা যাবে। আলাদা অ্যাপ বা client-এর জন্য আলাদা লাইসেন্স লাগবে। পাঁচ বছর পরে ব্যবহারের লাইসেন্স শেষ হবে না।
2. Allowed use
You may change branding, design and features, build and publish the licensed end product and use it commercially, subject to law and platform rules. Compiled releases and updates of that same app are allowed. Developers working on the project may access code if they protect it and do not reuse it elsewhere. A named client may operate its one licensed end product; the same licence cannot be reused for another client.
নাম, logo, design ও feature বদলে licensed app প্রকাশ ও ব্যবসায়িকভাবে ব্যবহার করা যায়। Developer শুধু ওই প্রজেক্টের প্রয়োজনে কোড পেতে পারেন।
3. Restrictions and ownership
Do not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish or give away original or modified source files as a template, starter kit, source-code package or competing code product. Do not place them in public repositories or share download access. Preserve required copyright and licence notices. Rabishtra retains rights in its reusable code and third-party authors retain their rights. This licence does not grant rights to Rabishtra’s name or branding.
Source files আবার বিক্রি, বিনামূল্যে বিতরণ বা public repository-তে প্রকাশ করা যাবে না। কোড কাস্টমাইজ করলেও এই সীমা প্রযোজ্য।
4. Five years of free updates
A paid ready-made source-code purchase includes five years of free updates from the purchase date on its invoice or order confirmation. During that period, you may obtain without an additional update fee the bug fixes, security fixes, compatibility updates and standard version releases Rabishtra publishes for that same purchased product, including new versions of it. Unrelated products are excluded. No fixed release frequency, requested feature or compatibility with every future third-party change is promised. This does not remove remedies for defects in the product as sold or reduce the five-year update-access entitlement.
Invoice বা order confirmation-এর purchase date থেকে পাঁচ বছর একই পণ্যের প্রকাশিত bug fix, security fix, compatibility update ও standard নতুন version বিনামূল্যে পাবেন। নির্দিষ্ট release schedule বা চাওয়া সব feature-এর প্রতিশ্রুতি এতে নেই।
5. Receiving and applying updates
Request available updates from support@rabishtra.in or +91 8101842401 with your order reference. We may verify the purchase and licensed project. Updates are delivered digitally. Back up and test before applying them to a live app. Merging updates into customised code, installation, data migration, rebuilding, republishing and custom features are separate services unless included in the quotation. Free updates do not include unlimited development or operational support.
Order reference দিয়ে update চান। Update file বিনামূল্যে; customised কোডে merge, installation, migration বা পুনরায় publishing-এর কাজ quotation অনুযায়ী আলাদা হতে পারে।
6. Third-party components
Open-source libraries, fonts, SDKs and other third-party materials keep their own licences, which prevail for those components, including attribution and source-disclosure obligations. This licence does not include subscriptions, hosting, domains, API credits, developer accounts or payment-provider services unless listed in the order.
Third-party library ও SDK-এর নিজস্ব licence মানতে হবে। Hosting, paid API ও অন্যান্য subscription স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়।
7. Custom projects and support
This standard licence covers ready-made source-code purchases. Bespoke ownership, source delivery and maintenance follow the written project agreement. If a custom project includes a separately purchased ready-made product, that product retains its five-year updates; custom additions follow the project agreement. Installation and individual technical support are included only as stated in the quotation. Statutory remedies for defects remain available.

8. Breach, refund and continued use
For a material breach, Rabishtra may give notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct it where possible. Serious unlawful redistribution may require immediate action, proportionate and consistent with law. If a source-code purchase is fully refunded or its licence validly terminated, stop using that code and delete copies under your control except legally required records. Keep proof of purchase. Later policy changes do not retroactively remove granted rights.
গুরুতর licence ভঙ্গ হলে আইন অনুযায়ী ব্যবস্থা হতে পারে। সম্পূর্ণ refund বা বৈধভাবে licence বাতিল হলে সংশ্লিষ্ট কোডের ব্যবহার বন্ধ করতে হবে।
9. Listed reward apps: regular licence, updates and support
For Eagle Reward, Pig Reward, CoinCraze and QuoteBucks, these product-specific terms take precedence over conflicting standard terms above. The regular licence permits one end product for you or one client, provided end users are not charged for that end product. The product page states the current package price and any sale price. Each package includes the full Android app and backend source code, documentation and a setup guide. Built-in features are included; additional customisation is separately quoted. Contact Rabishtra for a written extended-licence quotation before charging end users or using the code beyond this scope. These four products include free published updates for as long as Rabishtra maintains the purchased product (product lifetime), replacing the standard five-year update period. No perpetual development, release schedule or every requested feature is promised. One year from purchase includes setup guidance and assistance with problems in the supplied code. Done-for-you installation, rebranding, custom admin panels, new features, merging updates into customised code and third-party costs are separate. Firebase Console is used for data management in Pig Reward, CoinCraze and QuoteBucks; a separate admin app is not included. Existing Play Store downloads, users, store accounts and historical revenue are not transferred with source code. Source redistribution remains prohibited. These terms do not reduce mandatory remedies or rights already accepted on earlier orders.
Eagle Reward, Pig Reward, CoinCraze ও QuoteBucks-এর জন্য এই বিশেষ শর্ত প্রাধান্য পাবে। Regular licence-এ আপনার বা একটি client-এর একটি অ্যাপ করা যাবে; end users-এর কাছ থেকে সেই অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের টাকা নেওয়া যাবে না। বর্তমান package ও sale price পণ্য পাতায় থাকবে। Android ও backend source, existing features, documentation ও setup guide অন্তর্ভুক্ত। Product maintained থাকা পর্যন্ত প্রকাশিত updates এবং purchase date থেকে এক বছর setup guidance ও supplied-code issue support পাবেন। Done-for-you installation, rebranding, custom admin panel ও নতুন কাজ আলাদা quotation-এ। Pig Reward, CoinCraze ও QuoteBucks-এর data Firebase Console থেকে পরিচালনা করা হয়। Play Store-এর existing users, downloads, account বা revenue source-code licence-এর সঙ্গে transfer হয় না।
