1. Who handles your information
Rabishtra, a sole proprietorship in West Bengal, India, operates BengaliAppBiz at apps.rabishtra.in. This policy covers this website and information you provide about our digital products and development services. Our business address and contact details appear below.

2. Information you share with us
When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, business details, project requirements, messages and files you choose to send. For orders, we may also need billing details, the agreed scope, transaction references and delivery or support records. Share only what is needed. Do not send passwords, OTPs, full card details or unrelated personal documents through ordinary chat or email.

3. Website access and hosting
Hosting and security providers, including Cloudflare when this site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, may process IP addresses, request times, visited URLs, browser or device information and security logs to deliver and protect the site. This website currently has no customer account, enquiry submission form or embedded payment checkout. Contact buttons open external services; a message is sent only when you send it there.

4. Optional analytics and browser storage
If configured, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel or tags managed through Google Tag Manager load only after you allow analytics and advertising tracking. These services may receive page views, product views and interaction events, plus technical information they collect. Our event handlers do not send your messages, email address, phone number or payment details. Your consent choice is remembered in local browser storage for up to 180 days. With consent, campaign labels such as UTM source and campaign may be kept for the browser session and added to the contact message draft. Campaign labels must not contain personal information.

5. Your tracking choices
You may reject optional tracking and still use the site. When tracking is configured, Cookie Preferences in the footer lets you change or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops further optional site events, clears saved campaign attribution and reloads the page to unload tracking scripts. It does not automatically erase data already received by third-party providers; their controls and applicable rights may also be used.

6. Use and sharing of information
We use relevant information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, fulfil agreed work, deliver files, verify purchases and update eligibility, provide support, manage billing, prevent misuse and handle complaints. We do not sell your personal information or treat an enquiry as permission for unrelated promotions. Authorised providers receive information needed for their work. Information may also be disclosed when legally required. If a payment service is used for an order, it handles payment processing and we may receive payment status, references and billing information.

WhatsApp, email, hosting, payment and consented analytics providers have their own terms and privacy practices. Their services may process information outside India, subject to applicable legal requirements. Third-party links and app demonstrations are governed by the policies of their operators.

8. Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for enquiries, contracts, support, eligibility for the applicable product update period, disputes or applicable accounting and legal duties. Purchase evidence may be needed throughout the update period. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymised where reasonably possible, subject to required retention and backup cycles. We use reasonable security and access controls; no transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Our commercial services are intended for adults; we do not knowingly seek information from children under 18. A parent or guardian may contact us about information submitted by a child. Applicable data-protection rights remain available.
